After our Pastor’s Retreat, we have a special opportunity to visit the hometowns of some of the pastors we've served. We call this “Starbursting!”

During Starbursting, our team splits into smaller groups, each with a translator and experienced leaders, to connect with local churches on a more personal level. This time allows us to minister to pastors, their families, leaders, and congregations in their own communities.

Opportunities during Starbursting may include sharing a message, spending time with church leaders, engaging with youth and children, and supporting various ministries. Sometimes, we simply attend church, enjoy a wonderful meal, and offer encouragement to the pastors and their families.

The churches are always excited to host us, and without fail, we leave feeling even more blessed than the people we came to serve. It's a beautiful extension of the retreat that deepens relationships and spreads God’s love in another community.
